For those who don't yet know: The beginning of my final series of fractals on DeviantART. I'll probably post a lengthy journal about why, but at the moment this is the plan, barring any excruciatingly large complications in said plan.

Comments welcome, best in full view.

*Thanks for all the favs and comments and watches on account of the unexpected DD, people.

Daily DeviationThe End - Alpha has a breathtaking, explosive aura and seems to emanate a wonderful, soothing heat. If the world were to come to an end, this is how I would like to imagine it. The End - Alpha by ~datagram is a wonderful fractal of apocalyptic proportions and is definitely worth a visit. I find it hard to turn away, and I hope you do too. (Featured by `grubin)

Ohh. btw, this image is one of your best, I think. I love the colors. It reminds me a lot of flames, looks sortof like two phoenixes (what's the plural for that XD). Very nice one. ;)

This is one of your most stunning images. Course all are fantastic but this one really draws me in. Your heart was really in this piece, I think. I love the colors, the way things contrast and compliment. The use of light in your gradient. Its all beautiful. Sad and sorry to hear that you will be leaving DA. :( HOpefully this isnt the end of your fractaling though. If you move on elsewhere, I hope to know where that elsewhere is so to follow you and your wonderful art. Its been inspiring, watching your gallery.

Nowadays, Angel of Amarth is a stupid name. Hybris is much better.
This is the best one you have ever done, in my opinion. Goodjob and goodluck with life, you were the first person I watched. :handshake:

A great loss to dA if you go, and this illustrates just why. Each piece resembles some apocalyptic gas cloud glowing by its own density, yet the more distant view of the pair seems figurative of hidden meaning. Oh well, I shall at least look forward to the rest: a complete Greek alphabet? ;)
