Modified the algorithm so that it's not a 100% screw up. It's actually somewhat accurate as far as drunken math goes. See [link] for drunken math concerning this program.
Note that my own chances (as displayed in the preview) went up by 5x what it was (actually about 7x if you consider the fact that the original algorithm was flawed) after getting the one DD.

I was considering having the program spit out trash talk when you obviously cheated (cough`syacough) or if you flat out got ruined with an insanely bad number based on your stats.

Just remember: stop complaining about not having a DD. The odds are clearly against you.

Note: Want to make this for YOUR category of art? Get me a submissions/day average and a DDs per month that are in that category average. You can also just modify the program here to have higher/lower stats to fit your category. (Fractal Probability shouldn't be more than 1 because it is not more than 1% of the total monthly DDs)

There should be an extra factor (range 1 - 1000000, integer entries only) for brown-nosing the admins

excellent point, the odds of any of us getting a DD are pretty slim, I pretty much resigned myself that unless I got in good with every admin who selects DD's I'll never have one..lol
although popularity does play a definate role, after all SOMONE has to recommend you, and if you have very few fans or people who see you, chances are even less.
if I'm reading this right though, a previous DD actually RAISES the chances of getting another?
